- What is the difference between Lo-fi and Hi-fi when listening to your beats?
Lo-fi is strictly for dial-up users. The quality you hear in Lo-fi is not as good as the Hi-fi quality. Hi-fi is for dsl speeds or faster. Hi-fi is recommended to hear the instrumental in its best quality.
- I can't hear the beats on your page?!
First make sure you have your Pop-up blockers disabled. You can check this by clicking Tools on your browser, internet options, then content. If they are make sure you are having this problem with more than one beat, check another track to ensure this problem. If the problem remains disable your firewall and then try. Another common problem is that alot of users don't realize there speakers are muted. Check your speakers volume. Then in Windows go to Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Device. ZoneAlarm Pro is known to block audio streams. If you have ZoneAlarm click here. If you STILL have a problem visit our soundclick page instead, by clicking the soundclick icon on the left.
- Do I need to Download anything to hear your instrumentals?
-Are all your instrumentals for sale? If so how do I buy them?
Yes, if they are online they are able to be leased, or purchased as a semi-exclusive, or exclusive. Exclusive tracks will be taken offline or put in a special section for promo use only. You can lease a track by clicking the paypal button next to each track. We accept cash (in studio only), paypal, western union, and money orders.
- I love this instrumental how much is it to lease, semi, or exclusive?
Each track varies in price and sometimes we have specials with certain tracks! If you lease now, by clicking the paypal button next to each beat you receive an automatic discount, but to find the price of the beat you are interested in please call us or click the contact button and tell us which track your interested in.
- Do the beatz with hookz come with the singer on the beat?
YES! Thats why they are called beatz with hookz. They come just like you hear them on the website, but without the tag!
- I LOVE the singer on the beat but I haven't found a hook and beat that fits my genre. Can I get a singer to collab on one of my beats? Or on a beat you have without a hook?
No, our singers are busy working on their albums, touring, and there normal lives, so they don't have time to collab with artists all the time. Although if there is a beat you buy from LaCasa and you want a custom hook, we can do that. There is a fee for custom hooks, just like custom beats.
- Do you make custom instrumentals or custom hooks?
Yes. There is a nonrefundable down payment that must be made before the producer and or artist will start your project. Custom beats are also more pricey than the normal instrumentals. Call the studio to discuss rates and options.
- How will I receive my instrumental? Does it include the protools session?
You will receive your instrumental as a high quality 192 Mp3 file, or wav. You can receive it threw email or postal mail. Protool sessions are only available with exclusive purchases, with a fee. Protool sessions are only available for LaCasa tracks that are one year are newer.
